Deal Data: Property details, photos, documents, and financial information submitted by operators.
Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, search queries, and interaction patterns to improve the platform experience.
Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; match buyers with relevant deals via our Archer AI targeting system; process payments and manage subscriptions; send deal alerts and platform notifications; communicate important updates about your account.
Our Archer AI system analyzes deal data to provide rehab cost estimates, ARV opinions, and target match scoring. This analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational purposes only. Deal data used for AI analysis is not shared with third parties.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: payment processors (Stripe) to process transactions; email service providers (SendGrid) to deliver notifications; SMS providers (Twilio) for text-based alerts you have opted into.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
